“Blueprint for Extermination: When Clerics Preach Genocide and the State Looks Away”
The Threats Are No Longer Hidden. They Are On Camera. They Are Public. And They Are Unpunished.
Two videos have recently surfaced from Pakistan. They are not leaks. They are not secret. They are proudly recorded declarations—sermons delivered by religious clerics associated with Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) that outline, in chilling clarity, a public call for the mass killing of Ahmadi Muslims.
These videos do not merely incite violence—they lay out a systematic plan for extermination. And they do so with full confidence that there will be no consequences.
“When We Are in Power, We Will Kill Them All”
In the first video, a TLP-aligned cleric states without hesitation:
“We also don’t say that we aren’t going to kill… When we are in government, when Nizam-e-Mustafa is implemented, a directive will be given from the top: target and kill every Mirzai in Pakistan.”
Let that sink in. This is not a rogue threat. This is a public, documented call for genocide.
He continues by describing Ahmadis as “swines,” calls their lives “humiliated and disgraceful,” and justifies their oppression by referencing Pakistan’s laws. He praises the legal restrictions that ban Ahmadis from preaching, building places of worship, or even identifying as Muslim—and declares that under full Islamic rule, they will be eliminated.
This is not hate speech alone. This is a blueprint for mass murder.

“We Will Finish Them—and the Jews Who Nurtured Them”
In a second video from the same gathering, the same cleric escalates the hate further:
“God willing, we will finish them off—and those Jews as well who nurtured them.”
This is blatant antisemitic incitement tied to genocidal threats against a religious minority. The dehumanization is deliberate. The threats are clear. And they are broadcast with no attempt at concealment.

Not Isolated. Not New. And Not Without Victims.
These clips did not emerge in a vacuum. They follow a wave of targeted killings, including the recent assassination of Dr. Sheikh Mahmood—an Ahmadi doctor gunned down after being named in a hate flyer circulated by Khatm-e-Nabuwat affiliates.
These clerics preach death—and days or weeks later, people actually die. It is a deadly cause-and-effect that Pakistan’s state refuses to break.
This is the same ideology that incited mobs to desecrate Ahmadi graveyards, burn cold storage units with Ahmadi corpses inside, and round up peaceful worshippers in Lahore after Friday prayers.
Every sermon like this, every flyer, every speech, is a match thrown at the dry grass of state-enabled hate.
Genocide in Slow Motion—Orchestrated on Camera
This is not simply about “offensive speech.” These are calls to genocide being broadcast as sermons. They do not aim to debate, but to eliminate.
Pakistani law continues to give this hate oxygen:
- Ahmadis are banned from identifying as Muslims.
- Their mosques are frequently attacked, renamed, or demolished.
- Their literature is banned. Their graves are desecrated. Their prayer is a crime.
- And now—their murder is being promised, publicly.
This Is Not Coexistence. This Is Collapse.
When a society permits its clerics to publicly declare the intent to exterminate a religious group—and does nothing—it ceases to be a society governed by law or justice.
This is apartheid by design.
This is genocide by increments.
This is persecution with impunity.
We Demand Immediate Action
To the Government of Pakistan:
- Arrest and prosecute the clerics shown in these videos under anti-terrorism laws.
- Ban all organizations engaged in open incitement to murder, including TLP and affiliates.
- Repeal Ordinance XX and Sections 298-B/C of the Pakistan Penal Code that fuel religious apartheid.
- Provide immediate protection to individuals and families publicly threatened in hate sermons and flyers.
To the International Community:
- Publicly recognize these acts as genocidal incitement.
- Sanction individuals and institutions that enable religious persecution in Pakistan.
- Urge platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok to remove such sermons and block extremist preachers.
Place Khatm-e-Nabuwat and Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan on international terror watchlists.
